Do you ship outside of the US?
Cultured Lab Diamonds currently does not offer international shipping. However, international customers interested in placing an order can reach out to us directly at support@culturedlabdiamonds.com, and we will strive to accommodate your request!
How do I clean my jewelry?
Maintaining your jewelry's sparkle is crucial; we recommend a weekly cleaning with warm water and a soft toothbrush to remove any debris from hard-to-reach places. It's important to avoid cleaners with harsh chemicals that could damage the metal.
What is Cultured Lab Diamonds return policy?
We hope you adore your Cultured Lab Diamonds jewelry. If you're not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and any certificates. Include the return bill and label with your package. Upon receipt and inspection, if your return is approved, we'll process a refund within 5 days via the original payment method.
Items showing wear, or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged, will not be accepted for return.
Where can I check the status of my return?
To track your return, simply log into your account and click “Orders”. Use the provided FedEx tracking number to monitor your return's status. Once we receive your package, your order status will change to “received”. If you need assistance, please contact us.
Do you offer free return shipping?
Cultured Lab Diamonds provides free return shipping for all domestic returns and exchanges. Email us at support@culturedlabdiamonds.com or visit your past orders for a free return label. Note that international returns may incur additional shipping and customs charges, and customs delays are outside our control.
If I'm not sure about my ring size, what should I do?
To measure your ring size at home, use thread or floss. Wrap it around your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length, and then compare it to an online ring size chart.
